After you have merged your fund statements follow these steps.
  1. Go to the View tab in Word
  2. Click the Macros button
  3. Select SaveFundStatementsFundIDPdf2007

This macro uses the internal capabilities of Microsoft Office to save your documents as PDFs, thus disallowing editing of statements that have been placed into fund folders.

You can add this macro under Tool > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Update FIMS Macros if it is not appearing in Word.
