Here's the process by which you will want to get it into the Admin Portal:
  • Go to the header on the DC site (you will need to be an admin to do this).
  • Click on "recommendations."
  • Search for the fund account.
  • Select the correct fund.
  • The list of possible funds appears.
  • Choose the relevant one, and "recommendations" will now bring up any waiting recommendations (look for a number in parentheses).
  • Click on Recommendations again, and click "Edit" next to any recommendations you wish to submit.
  • You will now see details about the recommendation, and a submit button. Click it, and you will get a message telling you that the recommendation has been submitted.
  • Confirm that the recommendation is also in the DC Admin Portal.
