Copy the contents of the spreadsheet into a new spreadsheet and save it in CSV format



OR




    • In Microsoft Word, select File, Open from the menu bar and select the appropriate CSV file

    • Remove hard line breaks

    • Save the file in TXT format and close it

    • In Excel, select File, Open from the menu bar and select the file created above

    • On the Text Import Wizard screen, mark Delimited and click Next

    • In the Delimiters box, mark the Comma checkbox, select "" in the Text qualifier field, and click Next

    • Click Finish

    • Select File, Save as from the menu bar. Save the file in CSV format

    • Close the file

    • In The Raiser's Edge, click Administration, Import

    • Highlight the appropriate import type and click New

    • Repeat the import process with the new CSV file
