Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records
     
  2. Select Constituent, Constituent and click New Change
     
  3. In the Show drop-down, select All Addresses (or Preferred Address)
     
  4. Select Date To and/or Date From as the field to change
    NOTE: If the Seasonal Date should be changed, select Seasonal Date To or Seasonal Date From
     
  5. On the Edit Change Parameters screen in the Operation drop-down, select Delete
     
  6. In the Value field, enter the specific date to delete
     
  7. Mark the appropriate checkboxes at the bottom
     
  8. Click Change Now
