Error: Password has expired when logging in or previewing a report
Change the Windows password so it meets domain password rules. Contact your network administrator for assistance. Each Windows domain can define its own set of password rules.
Note: If this issue occurs when logging into The Raiser's Edge version 7.91 or higher, refer to Error: Your password has expired You must change your password now. If using The Raiser's Edge 7.91 or higher and you are not using Windows Authentication, you can modify the settings related to Password Expiration by doing the following.
1. Go to Config>Business Rules 2. Select System Access Options 3. Either Disable password expiration or modify the number of days a password is valid before expiring. 4. Click out of Business Rules to save the change (there is no save button)
