If the membership is current:



1. In Records, click Constituent and select the Memberships tab

2. Open the appropriate membership

3. In the Expires on field, change the date

4. Click Save



If the membership is dropped:


1. In Records, click Constituent and select the Memberships tab

2. Click on the Dropped transaction in the membership history at the bottom under the Transaction Type column

3. Note the Transaction Date

3. Click Delete

4. Click Yes to the message about deleting the transaction record.


Note: If you receive a message about deleting a membership record instead of a transaction, click No. Then make sure you are selecting the dropped transaction in the history and not the membership itself.


5. Open the membership
6. In the Expires on field, change the date

6. Click Save

7. If appropriate, click Drop

8. Enter the Date dropped (Transaction Date)

9. Click OK
