Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.


In version 7.50.638 and later:

     

     

    • In Administration, select Globally Delete Records. The Global Delete screen appears
    • Select Notepads - Constituent as the record type
    • Include all or a selected query of constituents
    • Mark the Create control report checkbox
    • Select the Delete Options tab
    • Use the arrows to move the notepad type(s) to delete into the Delete Notes with Types frame
    • Filter the notepads to delete by notepad date and date added as needed
    • Click Delete Now to begin the global delete
    • The control report appears after the process completes
