Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

    • Ensure the user has rights to the missing module(s):
      1. In Administration, click Security.
      • Open the appropriate user to determine which security group the user is a member of:
        • If the user is not a member of any security group, open the user name and make him or her a member of a security group with the appropriate rights.
        • If the user is a member of multiple security groups, ensure each group has rights to the missing module(s).
        • If the user is a member of one security group:
          1. Open the group of which the user is a member.
          • Mark the appropriate checkboxes under Group Privileges.
          • Click Save and Close.

          • Have the user log out and log back in.

          • Recreate the user:
            1. Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user in the Raiser's Edge.
