Goals for funds can be indicated in The Raiser's Edge on the fund record. The overall goal is not a required field, but can be a powerful tool when used with the Fund Performance Analysis Report and the Fund Summary dashboard, which tracks whether the money brought into the fund is over or under the set goal amount.
1. Select Records, Funds. 2. From the Funds page, click New Fund or Open a Fund. 3. On the General tab, enter the goal amount in the Overall Goal Field. 4. Click Save and Close.
