• Click Mail, Quick Letters
    • Open the appropriate Quick Letters parameters or create a new one
    • On the Fields to Include tab, select Addressee or Salutation

      Note: The Addressee and Salutation fields are automatically selected on the Fields to Include tab when creating a new Quick Letters parameter.


    • Highlight ConstituentInformation.Addressee or ConstituentInformation.Salutation and click Options
    • Select the appropriate format for the addressee or salutation for individuals, organizations, and contacts.

      Note: If the fields are not already selected, the format screen automatically appears when you select them.
