Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

1. If necessary, create a membership query

2. Click Admin, Global Delete Records

3. If using a query, click Include and select the query

4. Change the Record type to Membership.

5. Enter the appropriate criteria on the General and Delete Options tabs

6. Click Delete Now
