Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

- Click Admin, Globally Delete Records
- On the General tab, click Include. Select All Constituents or Selected Constituents.
Note: Selecting All Constituents deletes all constituents in the database. We Recommend using Selected Records, which will delete all constituent records in a particular query.
- On the Delete Options tab, exclude records based on criteria. Examples include constituents with gifts, constituents with tribute records or solicitors.
- Click Delete Now
