• Select the Membership tab on the constituent's record
    • Select the membership to modify and click Open.

    • Select the Membership History tab on the membership.

    • Highlight the renewal and click Delete.



      Note: Renewal - Upgrade and upgrade transactions cannot be deleted until the renewal - same transaction that was created based on that transaction is deleted.  To delete these transactions:




      1. Delete the renewal- same transactions above the renewal- upgrade or upgrade transactions.

      2. Delete the upgrade or renewal - upgrade transactions.

        The same would be true for downgrade or renewal - downgrade transactions.  Any transaction that was added after that, to renew that Downgrade (shown as Renewal - Same) must be deleted before the Downgrade or Renewal - Downgrade transaction can be deleted.


        OR



        1. Select the Membership tab on the constituent's record
        2. Select the membership to modify
        3. Highlight the latest renewal in the lower grid
        4. Click Delete
