Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. Click Admin, Globally Change Records
  2. Highlight Constituent and click New Change
  3. If using a query, click Include on the General tab and select the appropriate constituent query
  4. In Available Fields, select Constituent Appeals, Appeal
  5. Select Replace as the operator
  6. Select the current appeal and the appeal to replace it with in the fields provided
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Change Now
