Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

 
     
    • Ensure you are on version 7.50.638 or higher or add the address to the Bio 1 tab of the constituent record before accessing the Spouse button
     
    • Save the record on which the address is changed before viewing it on the Spouse button (or spouse's record)
     
    • Manually link the addresses



      Note: Once the addresses are linked, you must close out of the spouse record and go back in to see the updated address.
