How to default membership renewal card status to not printed
1. From the Configuration page, click Membership Categories 2. Open the Membership Category that is defaulting with the incorrect status 3. Select the Default Settings tab 4. Select Print or Not Printed for the Card/Renewal Defaults 5. Specify a default number of cards to print when a membership is renewed 6. Click Save and Close
NOTE: Changes made in Configuration are not retroactive. If a membership already exists on a constituent record with the previous values, changing the values of the membership in Configuration does not update the values on the constituent membership record.
