Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
- In Administration, click Globally Change Records
- Highlight the appropriate record type and click New Change. For example, to globally change gift information, highlight Gift (located in the Gift category).
- If using a query, click Include and select the appropriate query
- Select the field to change
- Enter the operator and the value(s) to change
- Click OK
- Mark the Create control report checkbox
- Click Change Now to begin the change
