Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
     
    • Create a gift query of the gifts to change if there is no Batch Output Query (otherwise, use the Batch Output Query)

       
    • Click Admin, Globally Delete Records

       
    • In the Record Type field, select Gift

       
    • Click Include and choose Selected Records

       
    • Select the query from step 1 and click Open

       
    • Click Delete Now to delete the gifts

       
    • Click Batch and open the original batch

       
    • Click the Batch Design button

       
    • Mark the Batch Is Recurring checkbox on the Batch Header tab

       
    • Click Data Entry

       
    • For each gift, select Gift, Links, Event, Registration Fees from the menu bar
       
    • Select the appropriate event to link to or click New Registration and click OK

       
    • When finished with all gifts from Steps 11 and 12, commit the Batch
