What happens when marking a table entry as inactive?
Marking the table entry as inactive prevents that table entry from being used in data entry from that point forward. The table entry remains on records it was already assigned to and the table entry remains in the database.
For example, if you mark an address type of Winter Home as inactive, it remains on the addresses already in The Raiser's Edge. However, when you add a new constituent or address, the address type of Winter Home is not available.
