For SQL Server database versions:
Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- If the database integrates with The Raiser's Edge, have all The Raiser's Edge users exit and sign out.
- File > Exit and Sign out, and reboot the computer
- If the database integrates with PaperSave, shut down PaperSave.
- Close the Blackbaud Management Console (BMC) on the server.
- Detach and then re-attach your database.
