1. Go to General Ledger, Administration, Import records
2. Under Budgets, double-click on Budget scenario project budgets
3. On the General tab, select the Export records option
4. On the right under Options, click Include and select which records to include
5. Mark the appropriate radial button for which fields to include
6. For What file do you want to create, click on the ellipsis button and browse to the CSV file to export
7. Select the File Layout tab
8. For Field separator, select comma; for Text qualifier, select <None>
9. For Import field names, select the the applicable option
10 Select the Fields tab to view the fields that will be exported
11. Save the Export or click on Create Now
