If Blackbaud hosts your database: 
  • If you have Blackbaud NetCommunity hosted by Blackbaud in addition to other applications, log into the hosted application using the normal icon instead of the icon that says 'BBNC plug-in' under it. Attempt to add or view the media again.

If your database is installed/hosted locally:
  • Recreate the media object using the same software that will be used to view the object.

If the issue occurs for an Acrobat file:

  1. Uninstall Acrobat Reader using Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Re-install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
