Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. If no meetings exist for the class, schedule meeting times for the class.
  2. If the teacher is not assigned to the class, assign the teacher.
  3. In the attendance customize options, select a time frame in which the class meets:
    1. Log into Faculty Access for the Web as the teacher.
    2. Select the Attendance option on the Navigation bar.
    3. Click the Customize button on the right side of the Attendance screen.
    4. Select <Specific Range> in the Dates to Include: drop-down.
    5. Enter a date range in the Start and End fields, in which classes are scheduled to meet.
    6. Click OK.
  4. Select another term:
    1. Log into Faculty Access for the Web as the teacher.
    2. Select the Attendance option on the Navigation bar.
    3. Select the next term in the term drop-down menu.
  5. Verify the current date falls within the academic year and adjust the dates, if necessary.
