1. Make sure that no packages are marked as Inactive on each of the appeals chosen in the batch. Review appeals selected in the batch as well as appeals on matching gift pledges from Gift > matching gift on each row:
  • Go to Records > Appeals
  • Open the specified appeal
  • Click on Packages tab
  • If packages are present, double-click to open a package record.
  • Make sure the package is NOT marked as Inactive.
  • Click Save and Close. 
  • Review all packages to make sure they are not marked Inactive.
  • Once done, click Save and Close on the Appeal record.
2. Try the batch commit again.
