- Go to Records > Appeals
- Open the specified appeal
- Click on Packages tab
- If packages are present, double-click to open a package record.
- Make sure the package is NOT marked as Inactive.
- Click Save and Close.
- Review all packages to make sure they are not marked Inactive.
- Once done, click Save and Close on the Appeal record.
