1. Create a constituent query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Prospect, Ratings, Specific Sources, [Name of source], [name of rating].

Note: This field is a text field. Therefore, using operators containing 'greater than' or 'less than' would select fields based on alphabetical not numerical order.

For example, to query on all constituents with a Major Giving Likelihood score from Blackbaud Analytics of 1,000, filter on:

Prospect, Ratings, Specific Sources, Blackbaud Analytics' Custom Modeling Service, Blackbaud Analytics' Custom Modeling Service CMS Major Giving Likelihood equals 1,000

Below is a more generic example:

  1. Create a constituent query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Prospect, Ratings, Specific Sources, [Name of source], [name of rating].
  3. To select fields based on numerical order use wild cards.
For example: [field] equals 5??*. This will pull all numbers 500 and above.
The question mark replaces one digit, and the asterisk pulls any remaining digits.
