Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
     
    • The Pledge Status Report only shows pledges made after the date entered in the 'Pledges made after date' field. Ensure that this field is the same as the start date on the Gift Detail and Summary Report
    • Both reports include payments that fall outside of the date range on the report parameters. They can be excluded by selecting the option Calculate gift balance based on date range, campaign, fund, and appeal on the Gift Types tab. Ensure that this option is the same for both reports.
