The Region field is used to further breakdown or categorize addresses.  For example, it can be used to record different areas in a city such as the five boroughs in New York City (Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island).  It can also be used to record the regions of the country such as Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, West, etc.



To use the Region field:

For the preferred address:


    • On the Bio 1 tab, click More in the preferred address frame

    • Add the regional information to the Region field.  Either select a value from drop-down list or type a new value directly in the field.

      For all addresses:


      1. On the Addresses tab, double-click the appropriate address to open it
      2. Add the regional information to the Region field.  Either select a value from drop-down list or type a new value directly in the field.
