1. Uninstall all Microsoft Office components, including Publisher if present. If Publisher is present, you may need to uninstall Publisher separately
  2. Repair The Raiser’s Edge
  3. Reboot the workstation
  4. Log into Raiser’s Edge
  5. Reinstall Microsoft Office components
