Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
     
    • Click Admin, Globally Add Records
       
    • In the Add field, select Appeal
       
    • Click Include to select a query
       
    • Click the Appeal Information button.
       
    • Select the appropriate appeal and package to be added to the constituent records
    • Click Save
    • Click Add Now
