1. In Banks,click Edit Account Details. Verify the default printer selected on the payments tab is the same as the default printer for the computer.
  2. From the control panel, change the default printer driver to a local printer driver and test the functionality.
  3. Run an update/repair using the setup.exe from the Deploy folder.
  4. Change the default printer setting to another printer in your network then change it back to the original default printer.
  5. Create a new user.
