Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
       
    • In Administration, select Globally Change Records
     
    • From the Constituent category, select Constituent and click New Change.
     
    • If a query was created in Step 1, click Include, choose Selected Records, and browse to and select the query.
     
    • In the Show drop-down, select All Addresses to globally change the city on all addresses or Preferred Address to only change the preferred address.
     
    • Select City and the appropriate operator:
      • Add: To add a city
       
      • Replace: To replace one city with another
       
      • Partial Replace: To partially replace the city name
       
      • Delete: To delete the city


       
      • Enter the appropriate values and mark the appropriate checkboxes (the fields and checkboxes vary based on the operator)
      • Click Change Now
