• Ensure the IATS account information within The Raiser's Edge is correct:
      • If using the IATS service, open the IATS authorization service manager and check the user name and password
      • If using version 7.61 and higher, click Configuration, Business Rules, Batch Options and check the IATS account information
      • Verify the IATS User Name/ID ends in 01 or 60.  If the number ends in 99, you should also have an identical number ending in 01 or 60.  Modify the account number in Batch Options to end with 01 or 60 instead of 99.
      • Ensure the appropriate Batch Merchant Agreement form has been submitted to IATS for processing. Refer to Knowledgebase solution BB142121 for more information.
