Possible causes:

  • The phone number is not located on the address that was exported.
  • The phone number does not have one of the types selected to export.


Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. If the issue occurs in version 7.82.1514 when you select two phone types to export and the constituent does not have both phone types, download the latest update from our website.
  2. Ensure the address with the phone number you want to export is being exported. For example, if the phone number is on an address other than the preferred address and you are exporting the preferred address, the phone number will not export.
  3. Ensure the phone types selected to export include the phone numbers you want to export:
    1. On the Output tab of the export, highlight Phones in the right frame.
    2. Click Criteria.
    3. On the Phones screen, mark Select All or ensure the selected phone types are correct.
    4. Click OK.
  4. Remove any sort fields from the Phones criteria:
    1. On the Output tab of the export, highlight Phones in the right frame.
    2. Click Criteria.
    3. On the Phones screen in the Order By drop-down, select <No Specific Order>.
    4. Click OK.
