1. In the open gift batch, click on Tools in the top menu bar
  2. Select Edit Batch Setup
  3. On the Batch Header tab, select white space in the drop-downs beside Automatically Display
  4. Click Data Entry to return to the batch
NOTE: This is a different pop-up that can be set to alert the user if a constituent has outstanding pledge balance, recurring gift, event registration, and/or lapsed membership.
