This is a Microsoft SQL Server error.

Also verify that the SQL Server instance's service is running under the System Account (sa) or an administrative account of the proper domain.
- Open the SQL Server Management Studio
- Expand SQL Server Agent, then Jobs
- Right-click on BMC: Manual backup and select Properties
- In the Owner field, select the sa account as the job owner using the ellipsis button
