If the error occurs at a workstation that connects to the server, do the following:

1. Uninstall the workstation components and delete the Registry keys
2. Reinstall the workstation components by clicking Setup.exe in the \Deploy folder on the database server (not the CD)

If the error occurs when accessing the program from the workstation serving as the server (houses the Blackbaud Management Console or if on a Novell network), do the following:

1. Run Setup.exe on the most recent Raiser's Edge 7 CD
2. When prompted, select the option to Update/Repair the Blackbaud Management Console and allow the process to complete
