Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- If using roaming profiles or redirected personal folders, please log into the workstation with a Windows user with local administrator permissions that does not utilize roaming or redirected profiles.
- Modify the Deploy Kit so that the Blackbaud application installs to a valid path on the workstations:
- Browse to the deploy folder
- Open the deploy.ini file in Notepad
- Ensure the the InstallTo= path exists on all workstations and does not contain any invalid characters. If the path does not exist, delete the path, but leave InstallTo=(this will allow workstation install to prompt for a path to choose when installing).
- Save the file
- Run setup.exe from the deploy kit to install on the workstation.
