1. In Administration, Post, create a New Post Parameter
2. Select the appropriate information on the General Tab
3. On the Filters tab, under Invoices, change All to Selected
4. Select each invoice number(s) or select the range for the invoices (you may have more than one range selected) and click OK
5. Select the Format tab and select the appropriate Post Report parameter
6. Click Pre-Post Report and verify the information is correct
7. Once the information has been verified, click Post Now
