Error: Item not found in this collection when opening a batch

When opening a batch, the error 'Item not found in this collection' may occur. 
  1. Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user in The Raiser's Edge 7.
  2. If this corrects the issue, review What to consider before deleting a user name and delete the problem user name.
