Projected depreciation not calculating correctly
Create depreciation years that include the entire range of the useful life of the asset. This includes dates from the Acquisition date through the last period of depreciation.

1. In Configuration, click Depreciation Years.
2. In the drop-down menu, select to New Past Depreciation Years.
3. In the drop-down menu, select to New Future Depreciation Years.
4. Save and close each Depreciation Year.
5. In Records, Assets, open the asset record.
6. Select the Projected Depreciation tab and click Calculate.
7. On the Activity tab, delete any incorrect depreciation calculations.
8. Calculate the depreciation.
