Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Verify the adjustment has not been reconciled previously. 2. Change the date of the reconciliation to include the date of adjustment, or change the date of the adjustment to fall within the reconciliation date. 3. Proceed with the bank reconciliation.
