The Seating Arrangements report lists participants and sponsors alphabetically or by section table, row, and seat assignment. You can base the report on either an individual event or a group of related events. If you base the report on a group, you can print one event per page. This report can show you participants not yet registered. The exact data included depends on your parameter tab settings.

To run the Seating Arrangements Report:

  1. Open Reports > Event Management Reports
  2. Select Seating Arrangements
  3. Select New to create a new report or Open to edit an existing report
  4. Select the Event you would like to report on
  5. Enter the applicable criteria, and filters
  6. Select print or preview to see results
