Using Constituencies to Limit Report Results If you want to know which members of a certain constituency gave in the past but have not given during a specified date range, you can select one or more constituencies on the Filters tab. You do not need to create a query to filter on constituencies.

Using Campaigns, Funds, or Appeals to Limit Report Results If you want to know which constituents previously gave to a certain campaign, fund, or appeal but have not given to it during a recent date range, you can specify this on the Campaigns, Funds, or Appeals tabs.

For example, you want to find the constituents who previously gave to the Capital Campaign but have not yet given to the Capital Campaign this year. First, on the General tab, add this year's date range. Then, on the Campaigns tab, choose Selected Campaigns. Select the Capital Campaign in the Campaigns box and click the single arrow to move it to the Campaigns to Include box.

Using Gift Types to Limit Report Results If you want to know which constituents previously gave a certain gift type but have not given it during a specified date range, you can select that gift type on the Gift Types tab.

For example, you want to find the constituents who previously gave a Gift in Kind but have not yet given a Gift in Kind this year. On the General tab, add this year's date range. On the Gift Types tab, click the left double-arrow to move all of the default gift types from the Gifts to Include box to the Type of Gift box. In the Type of Gift box, click +All Gift in Kind and double-click Regular Gift in Kind to move it to the Gifts to Include box.

Format Tab On the Format tab, you can select the format in which you want the name to appear on the report. You can also mark the checkbox to print the maiden name on the report.

To create an output query of constituents that appear in the SYBUNT Report, mark the Create Output Query checkbox. This creates a static constituent query. You can use this query in other Raiser's Edge modules.
