Error: 1913. Could not update the ini file, make sure the deploy.ini exists and you can access it.
Error: 1913. Could not update the INI file. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Try each of the following steps in the order listed until the issue is resolved:

1. Ensure that the Windows account that is logged onto the workstation has at least Read & Execute NTFS and Share permissions to the network deploy folder
2. Rebuild the Deploy package at the Blackbaud Management Console
3. Update the workstation from the rebuilt Deploy package
