Try each of the following steps in the order listed until the error is resolved:
If the issue occurs on multiple workstations (more than one installation):
- If the error is occurring on a workstation, then manually update/repair the workstation by browsing to the Deploy package on the server and running Setup.exe.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the Workstation.
- Download Process Monitor from Sysinternals and look for any "access denied" messages. Grant users permissions to the problem keys in the registry.
