In order to use this plug-in, you must have Extended Database Assistance, which is included in the Advantage Professional or Advantage Priority Maintenance support plans.  For questions on upgrading to this maintenance package, email blackbaudrenewals@blackbaud.com.

If issue is related to a missing user or system DSN:
  1. Unlock RODBA (BB518546) and when prompted enter username: REOpen and any strong password
  2. From within Windows go to Admin Tools, Data Sources, System DSN create REOpen7 and configure to appropriate database using the credentials created in step #1
