• In Scheduling, click Generate Student Schedules.

    • Select the Filters tab.

    • In the student current statuses filter, select the drop down to change from all to selected.

    • Select the Statuses to include when generating the schedules.


    OR

      • In Configuration, select Business Rules.

      • Select Scheduling on the left hand side of the screen.

      • In the box for "Include the following statuses when scheduling," mark the statuses that should be included for scheduling.
         
      • Navigate away from the Configuration page to save your changes.
      Note: The statuses that are not marked are excluded from Scheduling.
