What is Percent and Out Of columns and how is it calculated in the Alumni Class Analysis Report?
The percentage refers to the percent of donors who have given from the specified Class Of divided by the number of donors in that Class Of. For example, if 25 constituents from the class of 1984 actually gave gifts, while the class has a total of 100 donors listed in The Raiser's Edge, the percentage is 25%.
Out Of refers to the total number of constituents per class year who meet the report criteria. For example, the class of 1975 has a total of 200 constituents. There are 75 constituents who live in the Southeast. The Out Of column will list 75 out of 200
