Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
 
     
    • Open the image in an image editing application and save the image as a GIF, or for the Web as a JPG file.
     
    • Verify that the image is listed under Web Site, Images; i.e. that it was not deleted.
     
    • Upload a fresh copy of the original image to ensure the file is not corrupt.
     
    • If the image was created from Photoshop, use the Save For The Web option and upload the image again.
     
    • In Administration, select Configuration. Set the Enable Database Cache Monitoring default interval to 60 seconds in the Cache section.
     
    • Delete temporary Internet files.
       
    • Click Configuration... to display the Application's configuration.
     
    • Verify the following extensions exist. If not then add them with Verbs listed next to them. Link to the following executable: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll
      • .async - ALL
       
      • .image - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .thumb - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .field - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .media - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .mailopen - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .css - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .doc - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .chart - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .rss - GET, HEAD, POST, TRACE
       
      • .redir - ALL
       
      • .therm - ALL
       
      • .ddpdf - ALL
       
      • .re7 - ALL
         
      • Ensure Website is started in IIS.
         
      • Go to Configuration, Cache and select 'Enable Database Cache Monitoring' with a default of interval seconds (60).
       
      • Recycle IIS.
       
      • Confirm the image is linked to the instance of the image that is within Blackbaud NetCommunity, and not linked to a copy that may exist outside. For example, if the photo file was created in Dreamweaver and the code was copied into Blackbaud NetCommunity, ensure the img src is updated.
