• Select Tools, Options from the menu bar
    • Select the Records tab
    • Select Account Activity, Grant Activity, or Project Activity
    • To select the display type for Account Activity:

      In the Setting column, select the appropriate Default display format:

      • Actual/budget - displays the current fiscal year, actual, budget, favorable/unfavorable amount and percent used
      • Comparative - displays the difference and percent difference between two fiscal years
      • Debit/Credit - displays the beginning balance, debits, credits, and ending balance by period

      • To select the default fiscal years:

        In the Setting column, select either Last fiscal year, This fiscal year, or Next fiscal year


      • Select other options, budget scenarios, activity type, and balance display
      • Click OK
